Dispatch Time:
We want our customers to receive their purchase as soon as possible. Therefore, we ship all orders out of our UK warehouse the next working day.
United Kingdom:
Domestic shipping for all orders is £3.95
All UK orders are sent with Evri Next Day, tracked delivery. So providing there are no network delays that are out of our control, you should receive your order within 2 days from the time of purchase.
Rest of World:
International shipping for all orders is £11.95
We ship Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed* to permitted countries. Otherwise, we use Royal Mail International Signed For*. It usually takes 5-7 business days. However, occasionally there may be customs delays, which are out of our control.
We cannot ship to a non-UK PO BOX address. Please provide an alternative address.
For delivery outside the UK, or for bulk purchases of over £500.00 please contact us at info@dojo-sportswear.com in order to obtain a bespoke quotation
*Exceptions
On rare occasions when these services are not available, such as during industrial strike action we will endeavour to use an alternative tracked courier, so that you are not inconvenienced by a delay.
Tracking:
Tracking information will be automatically uploaded to your order details, as soon as your item is dispatched. You will also receive an email with notification.
Insurance:
All of our shipments covered by insurance. In the rare case that a parcel gets lost in transit, we will offer the choice of a replacement or refund. Please note that parcels can only be deemed "lost" in accordance with Evri's/Royal Mail's respective claim periods:
